Serving as an integrated coal producer, the Bayan Group has its own coal loading infrastructure. It owns the largest coal terminal in Indonesia known as the Balikpapan Coal Terminal located in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, with a throughput capacity of 15 million metric tones per annum and a stockpiling capacity of approximately one million tones across 16 stockpiles. It can fully load large Panamax vessels (up to 90,0000 DWT) and partially load Cape size vessels (up to 200,000 DWT) , making the Bayan Group an exceptional integrated coal producer. PT. Vietmindo Energitama is an Indonesian company having an anthracite coal concession in Vietnam. We have commenced our production since 1997 and exported our product to many countries such as Japan, Korea, ASEAN, India, Europe and other parts of the world. To support our growth, we urgently require proficient and highly motivated individuals for the following positions:

1. GENERAL MANAGER OPERATION
Responsible for the entire aspects of mining operation, from mine planning, production, processing, hauling and shipping. The candidate must have at least 5 years experience in the same position with a reputable coal mining company or mining contractor, He also must posses strong managerial and leadership skills to effectively and efficiently carry out his tasks.

2. MINING ENGINEER
Responsible for short and medium term mine planning and schedulling including coal reserve estimation, mine design, pit drainage planning, stockpile and waste dump design, reclamation and equipment analysts.

3. MINING MANAGER
Responsible for achieving the coal production target by implementing the company s mine planning and scheduling as well as monitoring the performance of mining contractor on a daily basis.

4. MINING SUPERVISOR
Responsible for assisting production manager including during the night shift to achieve the production target as well as to perform good mining practices. He must posses good communication and supervisory skills.

5. HAULING SUPERVISOR
Responsible for transporting coal from mine site to barge loading port and supervising the performance of hauling contractor on a daily basis.

6. MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Responsible for repairing and maintaining various equipments such as conveyor belt, crusher, screening machine. He must posses a mechanical engineering degree from a reputable university and has at least 3-year previous work experiences in mining or manufacturing companies.

7. SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT AND SECURITY MANAGER
Responsible for implementing standard safety procedures to all employees and visitors, complying with environmental protection laws and ensuring good security conditions at the mine site, He must be able to develop excellent relationship and will work closely with various government authorities.

8. ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
Responsible for assisting Accounting Manager to handle various areas such a general ledger, fixed asset management, inventory management, and budget & cost control. He must have an accounting degree from a reputable University and minimum 2’years work experience with a well recognized public accounting firm.

General requirements:
a. Must have good command in English, both oral and written.
b. Must have strong analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to work at part of team, high integrity and positive attitude.
c. Must have 3-5 years of directly related experience in each field
d. Must be willing to stay at the mine site in Vietnam.

1. ENGINEER - STRUCTURAL

• Responsible for study, design, specification and services related to structures and foundations made of concrete, steel, wood, or engineered products for structures, platforms, bridges, pipe racks, buildings, etc.
• S1 - Engineering in Civil / Structural

2. ENGINEER - PIPING

• Develop Piping material, specification, data sheet and material take off.
• Perform Piping Stress Analysis and Pipe wall thickness calculations
• Perform Piping layout and design as well as piping support design, calculation and equipment layout.
• S1 - Engineering in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Naval Architect.

3. ENGINEER - MECHANICAL

• Preparation of technical specifications, equipment data sheet, material requisitions, technical evaluation of bids, vendor management and vendor drawings/documents review for rotating equipment and package equipment for onshore and offshore application.
• Conversant with international design codes and standards (API, ANSI/ASME, HI, PIP etc.).
• Have a vendor shop factory acceptance test and a site experience is preferable
• S1 - Engineering in Mechanical

4. ENGINEER - INSTRUMENTATIONS / CONTROLS

• Develop instrument specifications/datasheets, instrument system block diagrams and control narratives and cause & effect matrix
• Prepare instrument drawings (hook-ups, loop, etc)
• S1 - Engineering in Electrical & Electronic / Computer / Controls

5. ENGINEER - ELECTRICAL

• Responsible for study, design, specification and services related to electrical and electronic systems including power generation, transmission and distribution, power systems performance and control, cabling & wiring, lighting, motor control centers, communications systems, cathodic protection, grounding lightning protection, heat tracing etc.
• S1 - Engineering in Electrical.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum GPA: 3,00
• Strong command of verbal and written English
• Strong interpersonal skills and Organizational Experience
• Experience in practical work
• Willing to be assigned overseas
