The Bayan Group is engaged in open cut mining of various coal quality from mines located primarily in East and South Kalimantan. Being an integrated coal producer in Indonesia the Bayan Group through its various mines, produces coal ranging from semi-soft coking coal to environmentally-friendly low sulphur, sub-bituminous coal.

The Bayan Group, through various companies, has exclusive rights to mine under five Coal Contracts of Works (CCOWs) and three Kuasa Pertambangan’s (KPs) awarded by the Government of Indonesia over a total concession are of 81,265 Ha/ The Bayan Group coal resources and reserves have been independently verified and certified to international JORC standards by third-party mining consultant.

Serving as an integrated coal producer, the Bayan Group has its own coal loading infrastructure. It owns the largest coal terminal in Indonesia known as the Balikpapan Coal Terminal located in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, with a throughput capacity of 15 million metric tones per annum and a stockpiling capacity of approximately one million tones across 16 stockpiles. It can fully load large Panamax vessels (up to 90,0000 DWT) and partially load Cape size vessels (up to 200,000 DWT) , making the Bayan Group an exceptional integrated coal producer. It is also the only coal producer in the country to operate a Floating Transfer-Station that can be moved to take advantage of the location with the greatest demand or to avoid bad weather and can be positioned to load capsize vessels. These infrastructure assets complement the logistical aspects of the Bayan Group’s business and at the same time, provide benefits to take advantage of ample mining opportunities. Area Sales Manager – Kalimantan
Responsibility

• Leads and manages the Balikpapan based team to achieve sales and profit target as well as providing best in class branch operational efficiency and cost effectiveness for the Bulk & Package Gas business in the Kalimantan area.
• Identify Bulk & Package Gas prospective markets and opportunities.
• Supports the Head of Sales in developing and delivering strategies for the product segments markets within the region.
• Assists the strategic leadership in the Bulk and Package Gas market segment and is proactively involved in the resource/capex allocation, budgeting and target setting for the business
• Manages business in a safe, cost-effective and collaborative in-country work environment.

Requirement

• Typically minimal 3.5 years or more experience in Sales, Business Planning and/or Operations in a multinational organization.

• To ensure that production achieves the required output within agreed specific cost and efficiency targets that meet with the company’s objectives Responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of production assets in Linde Indonesia in meeting customer requirements.
• Responsible for implementing best operating practices, standards, processes and specifications across this area

Requirement

SHEQ Engineer
Responsibility

• To work closely and support the project management team in SHEQ implementation and execution of the requirements.
• Develop and regularly update quality, safety, and health management plan.
• Ensure that the working procedures, defined safety measures and needs identified in safety and health plan are being implemented correctly.
• Prepare and deliver quality, safety, health and environmental training programs as required.
• Conduct and document regular safety and quality audits and/or inspections, follow up on corrective actions
• Monitoring and reporting of SHE/HSE performance.
• Manage incident investigation processes.

Requirement

• Minimum 3 years experience as a SHEQ Engineer in petroleum, petrochemical or industrial process.
• Must complete any training class that is required by local laws and regulation

2. Previous Experience 3 years for CAD Engineer & Familiar for Wellhead & X-mas Tree Componen, Drawing Detail and Familiar with API 6A & ISO standard Drawing.

QHSE SPECIALIST

The requirements as follow as:

1. S1, Engineering or Safety Degree & Occupational Health with a good understanding of safety Management Program.
2. Previous minimum Experience 5(five) years health and safety area especially in oil and gas.
3. Have a good knowledge on: Health and Safety legislation, government regulation as well as safety Management Techniques, fully trained and HSE certified Familiar with ISO 9001:2008 dan OHSAS 180001:1999 and Familiar for Q1 (Quality Manual) + Procedure & Work Instruction API 6A.

General qualification:
