The role

It owns the largest coal terminal in Indonesia known as the Balikpapan Coal Terminal located in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, with a throughput capacity of 15 million metric tones per annum and a stockpiling capacity of approximately one million tones across 16 stockpiles. It can fully load large Panamax vessels (up to 90,0000 DWT) and partially load Cape size vessels (up to 200,000 DWT) , making the Bayan Group an exceptional integrated coal producer. It is also the only coal producer in the country to operate a Floating Transfer-Station that can be moved to take advantage of the location with the greatest demand or to avoid bad weather and can be positioned to load capsize vessels. Project Communication Manager

Cost Estimator
A minimum of Bachelor degree in Engineering (preferred) or other appropriate qualification from reputable institutions and 7+ years of cost estimating experience of which 5 years should be as a Lead on Offshore Oil and Gas projects. Prefer experience for on FPSO and/or LNG Plants with estimating experience for all project phases. Prefer Experience on major offshore developments in excess of US$ 500MM.

Contract Staff
A minimum of Bachelor Degree in relevant disciplines (e.g Engineering, Business Management) and 5+ years of experience in the contracts management business with at least 3 years experience in Oil and Gas business preferably capital project business or drilling. Sr. Logistics & Warehouse Staff
A minimum of Bachelor Degree in relevant disciplines (e.g. Engineering, Business Management Maritime Studies) nid 10 + years of experience in operational logistics for the offshore of and Gas business with at least 5 years logistics experience supporting major offshore of prevailing Indonesian regulations (e.g., BPMIGAS PTK 007Rev 02).

Logistics Formalities Staff
A minimum of Bachelor Degree in relevant disciplines (e.g. Engineering, Business Management Maritime Studies) and 5+ years of experience in the offshore logistics business with at least 3 years experience in administering the associated formalities. Understanding of prevailing Indonesian regulations around Customs and Master List with reasonable knowledge of the offshore oil and gas drilling business.

IT Service Manager
A minimum of Bachelor Degree in relevant disciplines (e.g Industrial Engineering, Computing) and 10 + years experience with at least 5 years with Oil and Gas industry (especially LNG business) in the area of information Technology.
