Trough each stage of production, starting from raw materials order to the shipment of customer orders. PT. MULIA JAYA MANDIRI Quality Department thoroughly tests, inspects and verifies the compliance of products to customer specifications.
1. Production Planning Control (PPC)
Requirements:
- Minimum D3 any related field, preferably from Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar industry
- Must have highly interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving capabilities & high leadership
- Good communication in both written and spoken English
- Have extensive knowledge of International Standard (ISO 9001, API, DS-1, etc)
- Have extensive knowledge of Steel Material
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan
Job Task:
- Preparing production schedules for manufacturing and repair
- Making sure each operation meets shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders
- Prepare purchase orders to obtain materials, tools, and equipment
- Preparing production reports
- Prepares defined work packages, including detailed instructions, bills of material, references, etc., to initiate and control production work
- Monitors, analyzes & reports performance to schedule of production & production support activities, utilizing information derived from material and production control systems
2. Engineer (ENG)
Requirements:
- Minimum D3 any related field, preferably from Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar industry
- Able to calculate design at least tubular product
- Must have experience in using Autocad Software both 2D and 3D, Preferable knowledge in CadCam Software
- Must have capability in using measurement device of dimension, e.g. vernier caliper, OD & ID Micrometer, etc.
- Must have highly interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving capabilities
- Good communication in both written and spoken English
- Have extensive knowledge of International Standard (API 5CT, API 7-1, API 6A, DS-1, etc.)
- Have extensive knowledge of Steel Material
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan
Job Task:
- Prepare engineering analysis of job order to include: preliminary design, calculation, and detail drawing
- Conduct surveys to gather field data including dimension measurement and material analysis
- Prepare work order that consist of sequence of work to be performed
- Develop and revise engineering procedure
3. QC Inspector
Requirements:
- Minimum SMK, preferably from Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar industry
- Must have highly interpersonal and communication skills
- Good basic measurement and callibration
- Familiar with API standards (5CT, 5B,7-1, 7-2, 6A) and DS-1
- Preferably have experience in Premium Connection inspection
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan
Job Task:
- Perform API inspection, premium connection and other standart product
- Report non comformance product to quality assurance
- Maintain and update record as necessary
- Monitor and measure the completeness of inspection equipment from damage and deterioration during the phase of use, maintenance and storage
- Reporting to the Head of QA/QC
