In the following year, this division started to facilitate heavy equipment services to other companies such as PT Jaya Konstruksi MP, PT Caltex Pacific Indonesia, etc. In 1991, heavy equipment rental and contractor division undertook the earth work construction project and became the sub-contractor of JO Jaya Obayashi for the first time in respect to the Paiton PLTU project building.
