To support our expansion, we urgently require qualified, professional and highly motivated candidates to join our winning team for:

MINE ENGINEER (ME)
Requirements:

• Male, maximum 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering, minimum GPA 2,75 out of 4
• Min 3 years experiences in the same position
• Experience in short term and long-term mine planning also compare with production requirement
• Good knowledge and experience in mine planning, project planning, scheduling and controlling of mining operation
• Familiar with mining software (Minex, Minescape, Vulcan, Surpac, and schedulling software)
• Preferably hold POP certification

CIVIL, DRAINAGE, REHAB AND PROJECT ENGINEER (CDRP)
Requirements:

• Male, maximum 30 years old
• Bachelor degree in Mining or Civil Engineer, minimum GPA 2,75 out of 4
• Min. 2 years experiences in the same position
• Experiences in planning and designing Civil, Drainage, Rehab and Project that includes estimates of equipment needs, conduct operational monitoring

DRILL AND BLAST ENGINEER (D&B)
Requirements:

• Male, maximum 30 years old
• Bachelor degree in Mining or Geologist minimum GPA 2,75 out of 4
• Having Class II Blaster Certificate
• Min. 2 years previous experiences in drilling & blasting engineering
• Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software (minex)
• Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling

HSE SUPERINTENDENT (HSE)
Requirements:

• Male, maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor degree preferable from Occupational HSE, Public Health, Environment Engineering or equivalent, minimum GPA 2.75 out of scale 4 in
• Strong knowledge and application of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
• Min 3 years of working experience in the same position as needed
• Having POP certification

MECHANIC SUPERVISOR (MEC)
Requirements:

• Min Senior high school or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Having POP certification

MECHANICAL TRAINER (MECHT)
Requirements:

• Male, maximum 35 years old
• Having 5 years experiences in mechanical and heavy equipment training
• Having Trainer Certificate (TOT)

HRD SUPERINTENDENT (HRD)
Requirements:

• Min Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Management, Law, Industrial Engineering with GPA min 2,75 out of 4
• Good experience in all recruitment and training activities, industrial relation and general affairs matter

1. SeniorEngineer Mine Planning (789122)

• Bachelor Degree in mine engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in large open cut mining and mine engineering.
• Preferable possess POP (Pengawas Operational Pertama) Certification from Mine and Energy Department.
• Outstanding proficiency in geological modeling and mine planning (Mincom, Xpac, Talpac) and other general office software (Microsoft); good understanding in mining principles, mine design concepts and mining methods; an awareness of mine operation regulatory requirements.

2. Engineer Mine Planning (789111)

• Bachelor Degree in mine engineering.
• Minimum 2 (two) years experiences in large open cut mining and mine engineering,
• Preferable possess POP (Pengawas Operational Pertama) Certification from Mine and Energy Department.
• Outstanding proficiency in geological modeling and mine planning (Mincom) and other general office software (Microsoft); mining Principles, Mine design concepts and mining methods.

3. Officer Logistic (787261)

• Diploma Degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 2 year experiences in customs clearance, import procedure and regulation.
• Familiar with Export-Import / Customs process and customs regulation.
• Familiar with Freight forwarder/ Customs Agent/ PPJK for import documents.

4. Supervisor Drill & Blasting (783643)

• Minimum Senior High School.
• Experience as Blast Supervisor minimum 1 year.
• Understand the drill blast design and explosive product usage.
• Preferable possess POP (Pengawas Operational Pertama) Certification from Mine and Energy Department and Blast Trainee 2nd class (KJL Kelas 2).

5. Senior Supervisor Mechanic (787921)

• Min Senior High School / Mechanical Trade Specialist or Mechanical Engineer degree.
• 5 years experience in Supervisor Mechanic role.
• Preferable possess POP (Pengawas Operational Pertama) Certification from Mine and Energy Department.

General Qualification:

• Good communication skill in English (verbal & written) and Bahasa.
• Highly self-motivated, initiative and team player.
• Skill in computer literacy.
• Interaction internal / external parties, diligent, Initiative, team work, loyal, willing to work at job site & good moral character.
• Will be based at Balikpapan & Sangatta.
