MINING ENGINEER – FLEET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Deploy and maintain the company s mining technology and systems to enable the Mining Business Line to achieve its plan by ensuring that the selected system is administered in a manner that delivers controlled and planned outcomes with deliberate intent.

Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor degree preferably in Mining Engineering
2. Min. 2 years previous experience as a Mining Engineer especially for running dispatch mining system

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the deployment of the companies selected fleet management system.

ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT

Control, monitor and supervise Business Mining Process by variance in the Project mining operations to ensure production is achieved in accordance with Project parameters, Project schedule and budget and in compliance with Petrosea and Project safety and environmental policy and guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineer.
2. Fluent in English, written and verbal.
3. Good leadership and communication skill.
4. Willing to be placed in all mining project location.
5. May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements.

Responsibilities:

1) Provide leadership and direction to all mining engineering staff to ensure the safest and efficient mining operations to achieve production targets.
2) Work with Senior Mining Engineer to develop weekly, monthly and shutdown schedules for inclusion in the BMP plans by the Senior Mining Engineer.
3) Assist with the implementation of the BMP system through leadership of technical assistants, production of accurate and timely reports, and troubleshooting problems encountered with the system.
4) Responsible to implement long term mine plans and short term detailed mine execution plans at all levels using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan.
5) Assist the Mining Engineer to develop and update mine plans and production schedules in accordance with project criteria.
6) Implement and manage the mining operations in accordance with the mine plan to achieve production schedules.
7) Prepare timely and accurate information on project progress for inclusion in progress claims and reports prepared by the Senior Mining Engineer.
8) Organize, coordinate and manage production meetings internally and with the Client and arrange for distribution of minutes.
9) Responsible for the optimization and utilization of mining equipment by the Mining Supervisor to achieve production targets.
10) Ensure smooth coordination between Mining operations and Maintenance to maximize availability and utilization of all mining equipment.

GRADUATE MINING ENGINEER

• Support and assist mining engineer in implementing short and long term mine plans, schedules and other mining engineering information that effectively supports the mining operations in order to gain experience as well as achieving performance within project criteria.
• The graduate engineer will gain valuable experience in all disciplines of mine engineering based on a pre-determined rotation program.

Requirements:

1. Fresh graduate from Mining Engineering or Geology.
2. Willing to learn and undertake on the job training.
3. Must be prepared to develop industry skills and willing to take instructions from others.
4. Fluent in English written and spoken.
5. Willing to be assigned in all project mining locations.

Responsibilities:

1) Assist Mining Engineers to produce effective short to long term plans and mine designs in compliance with standard systems and procedures.
2) Assist with the implementation of the BMP (Business Mining Petrosea) system through leadership of technical assistants, production of accurate and timely reports, and troubleshooting problems encountered with the system.
3) Work with the surveyors to contribute to the compilation of monthly progress claims.
4) Assist with the accurate and timely production of the monthly, weekly and daily reports.
5) Work to attain a very high proficiency in the use of mine planning software.

MARKETING & STRATEGY SUPERINTENDENT – Jakarta

Identify potential business development opportunities and design in Mining and oversee feasibility studies to assess their viability.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
• Having minimal 5 (five) years exposure in Mining industry
• Min. 5 years experience in similiar field
• Knowledge of legal & administration aspects related Mining government regulations and tender process
• Good communication and networking capability

Responsibilities:

1. Identifying business opportunities and evaluating opportunities in mining areas such as mergers and acquisitions, alliances, and business deals.
2. Monitor and control market reserach or analysis of projects; evaluate findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations to senior management about the viability of alternative opportunities.
3. Establish long term professional relationships with potential clients, customers, and partners (for example in government or industry associations) to promote the organisation s products and services.
4. Conduct meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the organisation s business interest.
5. Refer sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate contacts within the organisation and liaise with other functional and operational area members to ensure that these referrals are followed-up promptly.

MINE ENGINEERING MANAGER

Plan, develop, implement and improve mine planning system, procedures and resources in order to support mining projects in term of technical services expertise for optimizing company s mining operation.

Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor degree, preferably in mining engineering.
2. With at least 10 years mine experience and minimum 3 years in managerial position.
3. Excellent communication both in English & Indonesian.
4. Outstanding analysis skills.
5. Strong capability / exposure to mine planning softwares.

Responsibilities:

1. Control, monitor and liaise with Project Managers to foster efficient mining operations through competent Technical services skills and disciplines.
2. Control, monitor and liaise with project manager in communicate ideas, systems, designs, procedures and standards in mining operation to ensure the adherence of those new policies.
3. Develop and monitor monthly reporting format for the Mining business line and coordinate the timely completion by all Project Managers to ensure monthly reporting timeliness and conform with standard format.
4. Provide support to all tenders / proposals prepared by the Mining business line to ensure the reliability of all tenders / proposals prior to submission.

MINING SUPERVISOR

Monitor, control and supervise the mining production resources to achieve the production targets and objectives of the project in accordance with the project parameters and guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in English, written and verbal
2. Familliar with mining software
3. Having at least 4 years of experience in the similar role (as Mining Supervisor)
4. Certified in POP
5. Understand the SHE aspects of mining operations
6. Good communication and leadership skill
7. Willing to be placed in all company location
8. Excellent computer skill
9. May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to implement short term detailed mine execution plans at the position level using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production [arameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan.
2. Surpervise the performance of mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the mining operations in the shift by shift BMP process using short term variance.
3. Identify the development and training needs of the mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the mining operations for the benefit of the Project Manager.
4. Coordinate and supervise Mining production and other mining team to ensure smooth operations at loading points.
5. Control production on an hour by hour basis and prepare timely and accurate reports on project progress as requires by the project.
6. Assist Mining Superintendent in liaise and co-ordinate with maintenance departement to optimize and maximize mining equipment availability and utilization in achieving production target.

• Choose on the most efficient and cost effective method of moving materials
• Record accurately on each work order equipment and labour usage

Requirement:

• Diploma degree in any disciplines

Responsibilities:

1. To manage and provide leadership to supply Base Supervisor controlling on a day to day basis all labour, direct or subcontract, and all non-labour resources in order to achieve the daily work requirements of the day.
2. Assist the supply Base Management team to promote and develop team work.
3. Ensure supply base supervisors plan and manage that all necessary resources are available at site in order to meet the work schedule through regular site meetings and development of the daily plan.

SENIOR WATER MANAGEMENT ENGINEER

Engineer, Monitor, Control and supervise all water management works, produce accurate and complex engineering and cost calculations of dewatering and documents to ensure all output are accurate, consistent and in timely manner conform with international Engineering and Safety Standards and codes.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Min. 4 years experiences in Mining Engineering, specialist in Water Management (Dewatering) or Fuild Mechanics Engineering (pumping of other Fluids)
• Work extended hours to meet Engineering deadlines
• Familiar with Civil Engineering Software

Responsibilities:

1. Minimise exposure to personnel and the environment by identifiying hazards and risks during the operation phase of the work packages and implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations and statutory regulations in accordarnce with the Safety Management Plan.
2. Monitor and review all water management work and document to ensure all work adheres to international Engineering standards and codes as well as company s management system.
3. Operate and control water management software packages and evaluate output to suggesting changes and improvement where needed.

5. Responsible for the complete design of each ptp Mine site Water site Management Plan.
6. Responsible to work with our PTP Site engineering teams and clients for approval of Water Management Plans including the timely issuing of permits, compensation for sedimentation dams.
7. Provide technical support and technical guidance to associate engineer and personnel in order to conduct transfer of knowledge.

10. Survey Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Periodic surveys of mining progress of both overburden and coal stockpile reconciliation
• Understand topographical surveys of Greenfield and productions coal mines
• Preparation of mine plans / section as per the mining law of Indonesia and per other needs
• Prepare detailed surveys of mine workings,
• Preparation of plans from field surveys
• Mine planning and maintaining computer models of mine.

Requirements:

• Having minimum within 3‐5 years experience on civil construction & mining,
• Able to communicate in English
• Willing to work at mine site, and remote area
• Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software

11. Data Processing Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed surveys of mine workings
• Preparation of plans from field surveys
• Preparing data processing for mining progress in the field
• Coordination with Surveyor supervisor about the report data and assist his job as request

Requirements:

• Having minimum within 1‐2 years experience on civil construction & mining,
• Able to communicate in English
• Willing to work at mine site, and remote area
• Familiar with surpac software

12. Production Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Technical and mine planning support to the operation
• Monitor equipment performance
• Develop and maintain cost control reporting system
• Provide back up to the site based personnel.
• Review daily production and ensure compliance with mine planning.

Requirements:

• Recognized mining engineering qualifications
• Minimum 3 years practical operating mining experience in a similar role.
• A working knowledge of Surpac and Minescape mine planning software.
• Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa
• Computer literate
• Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Be an efficient, honest, team player, with analytical skills, attention to detail and quality, be persistent and systems oriented.
• Prefers understand about Heavy equipment
• Knowledge of heavy Equipment is preferable
• Ready worked in remote area

13. Mine Plan Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Prepare short and long term mine plan (production and project)
• Prepare periodic reports and production reconciliation as required
• Actively contribute to positive teamwork
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times

Requirements:

• Graduate Mining Engineer
• A minimum of 3 years experience in Mine Planning
• Capability to operating Minescape or Surpac software
• Previous management and supervisory experience in a production coal mine
• Prepared to work in remote areas
• Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Strong commitment to safety and high professional standards of performance
• Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa
• Ready worked in remote area

14. Safety Officer

Responsibilities:

• Provide HS&E management information, advice and assistance to all staff to ensure safe, healthy and accident free work environments and the compliance with the company HS&E policy and procedures and legislative requirements.
• Remain all elements of OHS&E (including project elements) to improve safety perform-ance.
• Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in engineering or similar discipline.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Have knowledge in legislative and statutory requirements.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal, both in English and Bahasa.
• Computer literate.

15. Safety Coordinator/Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and system support to safety management team.
• Implement Britmindo Systems, processes and programs to ensure the conservation of people, property, environment and profits.
• Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment, and communicate openly and honestly at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum Senior High School.
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar role.
• Familiar to conduct Internal Audit and Auditor Certificated is preferred.
• Familiar to prepare safety training material to conduct training for employees in small group.
• Previous experience in Management or Supervisory role.
• Good communication, written - verbal, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Power Point).

16. Project and Cost Control Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Utilize and maintain cost control systems.
• Prepare, review, and approve the cost report for the Project Monthly Report.
• Accurately prepare budget forecasting and progress monitoring activities and reporting for use by the All Operation Manager in controlling project margins.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts for the Project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting / Finance / Industrial Engineering from a recognized university.
• Willing to work in Balikpapan.
• Preferably with at least 2 years experience in cost control and project reporting / accounting.
• Good knowledge in dealing with accounting, cost calculation, reporting for mining company
• Good knowledge in Cash Flow Management, Budget & Cost Control Management
• Excellent communication skills - spoken, written, and presentation.
• Proficient in using MS Office.
• Excellent business analysis skills.
• Able to communicate effectively between Project Site and Jakarta Office

17. Process and Plant Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provided for project Pre calculation (material, man power, transportation).
• Order review for technical specification & implemented and support project leader in tech-nical aspect.
• Monitoring project material status and report to project manager.
• Prepare, manage, & distribute work plan.
• Prepare and maintain BOM (Bill of Material).
• Support for create technical drawing
• Research and development for build a design.
• Monitoring and reporting day to day to Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Good in Computer Skill and software Windows and MS Office, AutoCAD
• Has knowledge about Pro Engineer and Microsoft Project or Primanvera
• Bachelor Mechanical engineer
• Has experience minimal 5 years as Plant engineer in related mining company
• Male or female
• Willing work on site and Based in Balikpapan

18. Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Having good knowledge in corporate legal, corporate restructuring projects, review agreement, handling & monitoring licenses, permit.
• Able to handle wide range of legal related matters ranging from general corporate, commercial, company licenses, litigation, and regulatory compliance of the company.
• Review corporate and commercial agreements of the group as well as providing professional advice and consultation on legal matters

Requirements:

• Female/male - age 20-30 years ( good performance)
• Min S1 Law from a reputable university
• Experience in legal document for project or proposal view
• Balikpapan based
• Energik, capable for working in under pressure

19. Translator

Responsibilities:

• Translate documents as required in a timely and professional manner, covers translation, interpretation and editing as User required

Requirements:

• Female-20-30years old ( Good performance)
• Minimum S1 from English Literature
• Experience in translator in English and Bahasa
