MINING ENGINEER – FLEET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Deploy and maintain the company s mining technology and systems to enable the Mining Business Line to achieve its plan by ensuring that the selected system is administered in a manner that delivers controlled and planned outcomes with deliberate intent.

Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor degree preferably in Mining Engineering
2. Min. 2 years previous experience as a Mining Engineer especially for running dispatch mining system
3. Fluent in English written and verbal
4. Good analysis and problem solving skill
5. Good understanding of Mining Business Processes
6. Must be proficient in Excel, Power Point, Report Preparation and Presentation

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the deployment of the companies selected fleet management system.
2. Undertake daily management of Mine Production Information and reporting systems.
3. Work closely with ICT department and vendors to ensure system issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
4. Review daily, weekly and monthly production & cost reports from the fleet management system to ensure the reports are free from errors.
5. Monitor of fleet management system running well any time and can make decision to efficiency of production.
6. Cooperation with operation to running Fleet Management System properly.

ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT

Control, monitor and supervise Business Mining Process by variance in the Project mining operations to ensure production is achieved in accordance with Project parameters, Project schedule and budget and in compliance with Petrosea and Project safety and environmental policy and guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineer.
2. Fluent in English, written and verbal.
3. Good leadership and communication skill.
4. Willing to be placed in all mining project location.
5. May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements.

Responsibilities:

1) Provide leadership and direction to all mining engineering staff to ensure the safest and efficient mining operations to achieve production targets.
2) Work with Senior Mining Engineer to develop weekly, monthly and shutdown schedules for inclusion in the BMP plans by the Senior Mining Engineer.
3) Assist with the implementation of the BMP system through leadership of technical assistants, production of accurate and timely reports, and troubleshooting problems encountered with the system.
4) Responsible to implement long term mine plans and short term detailed mine execution plans at all levels using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan.
5) Assist the Mining Engineer to develop and update mine plans and production schedules in accordance with project criteria.
6) Implement and manage the mining operations in accordance with the mine plan to achieve production schedules.
7) Prepare timely and accurate information on project progress for inclusion in progress claims and reports prepared by the Senior Mining Engineer.
8) Organize, coordinate and manage production meetings internally and with the Client and arrange for distribution of minutes.
9) Responsible for the optimization and utilization of mining equipment by the Mining Supervisor to achieve production targets.
10) Ensure smooth coordination between Mining operations and Maintenance to maximize availability and utilization of all mining equipment.
11) Monitor and manage the performance of all mining engineering staff.
12) Assist the Project Manager in the training and mentoring of personnel as required by the company.
13) Assist the Project Manager in promoting the development of teamwork.
14) Promote and develop an open ethical work environment.

GRADUATE MINING ENGINEER

• Support and assist mining engineer in implementing short and long term mine plans, schedules and other mining engineering information that effectively supports the mining operations in order to gain experience as well as achieving performance within project criteria.
• The graduate engineer will gain valuable experience in all disciplines of mine engineering based on a pre-determined rotation program.

Requirements:

1. Fresh graduate from Mining Engineering or Geology.
2. Willing to learn and undertake on the job training.
3. Must be prepared to develop industry skills and willing to take instructions from others.
4. Fluent in English written and spoken.
5. Willing to be assigned in all project mining locations.
6. Self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1) Assist Mining Engineers to produce effective short to long term plans and mine designs in compliance with standard systems and procedures.
2) Assist with the implementation of the BMP (Business Mining Petrosea) system through leadership of technical assistants, production of accurate and timely reports, and troubleshooting problems encountered with the system.
3) Work with the surveyors to contribute to the compilation of monthly progress claims.
4) Assist with the accurate and timely production of the monthly, weekly and daily reports.
5) Work to attain a very high proficiency in the use of mine planning software.
6) Contribute to the compilation of tenders.

MARKETING & STRATEGY SUPERINTENDENT – Jakarta

Identify potential business development opportunities and design in Mining and oversee feasibility studies to assess their viability.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
• Having minimal 5 (five) years exposure in Mining industry
• Min. 5 years experience in similiar field
• Knowledge of legal & administration aspects related Mining government regulations and tender process
• Good communication and networking capability

Responsibilities:

1. Identifying business opportunities and evaluating opportunities in mining areas such as mergers and acquisitions, alliances, and business deals.
2. Monitor and control market reserach or analysis of projects; evaluate findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations to senior management about the viability of alternative opportunities.
3. Establish long term professional relationships with potential clients, customers, and partners (for example in government or industry associations) to promote the organisation s products and services.
4. Conduct meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the organisation s business interest.
5. Refer sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate contacts within the organisation and liaise with other functional and operational area members to ensure that these referrals are followed-up promptly.
6. Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of business development analyst professionals to ensure the projects are conducted credibly and that recommendations and reports are accurate and timely.
7. Lead, direct, evaluate and review work done by mining estimator to get most accurate and competitive price to be submitted to potential client but still giving company a proper margin as stated in company policy.

MINE ENGINEERING MANAGER

Plan, develop, implement and improve mine planning system, procedures and resources in order to support mining projects in term of technical services expertise for optimizing company s mining operation.

Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor degree, preferably in mining engineering.
2. With at least 10 years mine experience and minimum 3 years in managerial position.
3. Excellent communication both in English & Indonesian.
4. Outstanding analysis skills.
5. Strong capability / exposure to mine planning softwares.

Responsibilities:

1. Control, monitor and liaise with Project Managers to foster efficient mining operations through competent Technical services skills and disciplines.
2. Control, monitor and liaise with project manager in communicate ideas, systems, designs, procedures and standards in mining operation to ensure the adherence of those new policies.
3. Develop and monitor monthly reporting format for the Mining business line and coordinate the timely completion by all Project Managers to ensure monthly reporting timeliness and conform with standard format.
4. Provide support to all tenders / proposals prepared by the Mining business line to ensure the reliability of all tenders / proposals prior to submission.
5. Coach and mentor of technical support staff and key national staff in order to assist them understand and manage the technical implications within contracts.
6. Monitor, support and liaise with HR department to facilitate the graduate development program in order to participate in developing new talents.

MINING SUPERVISOR

Monitor, control and supervise the mining production resources to achieve the production targets and objectives of the project in accordance with the project parameters and guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in English, written and verbal
2. Familliar with mining software
3. Having at least 4 years of experience in the similar role (as Mining Supervisor)
4. Certified in POP
5. Understand the SHE aspects of mining operations
6. Good communication and leadership skill
7. Willing to be placed in all company location
8. Excellent computer skill
9. May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to implement short term detailed mine execution plans at the position level using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production [arameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan.
2. Surpervise the performance of mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the mining operations in the shift by shift BMP process using short term variance.
3. Identify the development and training needs of the mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the mining operations for the benefit of the Project Manager.
4. Coordinate and supervise Mining production and other mining team to ensure smooth operations at loading points.
5. Control production on an hour by hour basis and prepare timely and accurate reports on project progress as requires by the project.
6. Assist Mining Superintendent in liaise and co-ordinate with maintenance departement to optimize and maximize mining equipment availability and utilization in achieving production target.
7. Minimise axposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the operation phase of the work packages and implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations in accordance with the Safety Management Plan.

OPERATION FOREMAN

• To supervise & monitore all lifting and transport activities
• To provide HSE leadership to all people who work under and around you
• Identify any equipment defects ensusring defects are repoted as per policy
• Ensure all operators complete pre-start check sheet, closely monitor these sheets
• Ensure that only properly qualified & authorised personnel operate equipment

• Choose on the most efficient and cost effective method of moving materials
• Record accurately on each work order equipment and labour usage

Requirement:

• Diploma degree in any disciplines

• Attention to detail and able to work extended hours to meet objectives
• Must be available for on call duty in emergency situation (if required)

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in any disciplines
• Have 5 years in lifting industry in oil & gas company
• Have strong leadership and character and able to manage, motivate chief ordinate by respect and avoid favouritsm
• Understanding of HSE principle using common sense practices in all aspect of base Operation
• Has good personality and excellent communication skill
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Strong PC skills using various software

Responsibilities:

1. To manage and provide leadership to supply Base Supervisor controlling on a day to day basis all labour, direct or subcontract, and all non-labour resources in order to achieve the daily work requirements of the day.
2. Assist the supply Base Management team to promote and develop team work.
3. Ensure supply base supervisors plan and manage that all necessary resources are available at site in order to meet the work schedule through regular site meetings and development of the daily plan.
4. Understanding the basics of the supply base budget and ensure that costs do not exceed budget.

SENIOR WATER MANAGEMENT ENGINEER

Engineer, Monitor, Control and supervise all water management works, produce accurate and complex engineering and cost calculations of dewatering and documents to ensure all output are accurate, consistent and in timely manner conform with international Engineering and Safety Standards and codes.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Min. 4 years experiences in Mining Engineering, specialist in Water Management (Dewatering) or Fuild Mechanics Engineering (pumping of other Fluids)
• Work extended hours to meet Engineering deadlines
• Familiar with Civil Engineering Software

Responsibilities:

1. Minimise exposure to personnel and the environment by identifiying hazards and risks during the operation phase of the work packages and implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations and statutory regulations in accordarnce with the Safety Management Plan.

Lowongan Kerja Supreme Energy Group

Supreme EnergySupreme Energy focuses its business on the development of geothermal energy in Indonesia to support the government program in meeting fast growing energy needs and establishing a more environmentally friendly energy mix with an increased proportion of renewable energy.

We have done four comprehensive pre-feasibility studies and we have secured three geothermal IUPs (mining concession license) for three areas in Sumatera. These three areas are included in the PLN long-term development plan (RUPTL 2010-2019) and in the second 10,000 MW accelerated development program launched by the government of Indonesia in 2010. Supreme plans to develop at least 220 MW of geothermal capacity in each area, with commercial production expected to start in late 2015 or early 2016.

1. SHE MANAGER (SHE-01)
The person will manage the overall activities of the SHE function including developing SHE management system and will be responsible for its regulatory and compliance s implementation and control within the company.

Minimum Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineering, Industrial Safety Environmental, Loss Prevention Engineering with over 15 yrs experience in field operation and management of SHE including implementing SHE practices, supervisory and managerial position.

2. MANAGER ENGINEERING (PRJ-01)
The person will have the responsibilities of the general management of the Engineering support team. Recruits and leads the engineering team to develop and implement power projects. Will have important roles in project development, scope definition, budgeting and scheduling, contractor and consultant supervision.

Relevant degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical engineering with previous experience on power projects, geothermal preferred, proven experience in the development of Greenfield and brown field generation projects, familiar with geothermal processes, technology, equipment, vendors and manufacturers.

3. LEAD CIVIL ENGINEER (PRJ-02)
The person will be responsible for performing design tasks on water supply, earth moving, road construction, building construction, water distribution, pipelines, pump stations and associated facilities. Review and approval or revision of designs prepared by consultants and other external service providers and contractors. Develop plans and specification for contract preparation, field inspections and supervision of surveying, civil and mechanical contractors. Knowledge of geotechnical principles will be useful, must have excellent communication and technical skills, design and supervisory experience and the ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision. Must be capable of finding new approaches to problems encountered. Will supervise and manage small projects and assist in supervision of large projects.

Minimum Bachelor s degree in civil engineering with minimum 15 years related experience, experience must include both design office and field construction activities, both in a position or responsibility.

4. DRILLING SUPPORT & PERFORMANCE LEADER (DRL-O1)
The person will hold the leadership in the drilling support & performance division with responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of required contracts and procurements of equipment and materials required for the drilling projects. Develop cost control system include invoice process in drilling, drilling logistic management and contract performance monitoring system.

Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in engineering or business relevant so the responsibility with minimum 10 years experience include 5 years intensive and active role in contract and procurement services and equipment relating to drilling project and familiar with drilling cost control and drilling support management.

5. SENIOR GEOLOGIST (ESS-0l)
The person will assist the Exploration Manager to develop strategy to prove-up the reserves and development of the field, lead multidisciplinary team In characterizing and modeling of Geothermal reservoir, prepare, review and check scientific analysis and model report and calculations, assist with planning of scientific activities, and In monitoring and reporting progress and performance.

Minimum Bachelor Degree with minimum 8 years experience in physical science or related discipline and hag fundamental understanding of natural geothermal system modeling methods and calculations.

6. LEGAL COUNSEL (LC-01)
The person will provide advice and services related to corporate legal matters which include preparing, processing, reviewing documentation for procurement contracts, employment and other service agreements.

Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Law with minimum 5 years experience in general law practice especially in contracts and corporate law.

7. TAX SPECIALIST (TX-01)
The person will perform tax administration processes such as withholding tax obligation, payment to the State Treasury, preparation of various required reporting.

Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Finance/Accounting/Taxation with minimum 5 years experience.

8. ACCOUNTING SYSTEM & FINANCIAL REPORTING SPECIALIST (FIN-0l)

1. SITE MANAGER FOR COAL AND MINERAL MINING

Responsibilities:
The Manager will lead the mining discipline, driving a culture of teamwork and performance to ensure continued growth and success by achieving key commercial, safety and business targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experiences in coal and mineral operation project (nickel, iron Ore, bauxite, etc).

Responsibilities:
• Reviews plant costs to maintain/reduce on budget on all plant items as determine by the plant rates.
• Conducts and attend weekly communications meeting as required.
• To Implement preventative maintenance schedules and repair.
• Service of equipment accordance to this procedure.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree Mechanical or Senior technical school.
• Recognized mechanical engineering qualifications.

3. HSE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:
• Provide HS&E management information, advice and assistance to all staff to ensure safe, healthy and accident free work environments and the compliance with the company HS&E policy and procedures.
• Remain all elements of OHS&E (including project elements) to improve safety performance.
• Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times.

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Occupation Health, Safety and Environmental qualification.
• Minimum five (5) years experiences in similar roles in coal & mineral mining operation project.
• Good understating about OHS legislation, coal & mineral safety.
• Certified AK3 (ahli K3) will be preferable.
• Held POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Certificate.

4. SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:
• Periodic surveys of quarrying progress of both overburden and hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore reconciliation.
• Understand topographical surveys and productions in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore mining.
• Prepare detailed surveys of mine operation.
• Preparation of plan from field survey.
• Mine planning and maintaining computer models of mine.

Requirements:
• Min STM Tambang, D3 Geodetic from reputable University.
• Having minimum within 2 years experience in coal & mineral mining.
• Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software.
• Ready worked in remote area, located at Kalimantan, Aceh or Obi island, South Halmahera.

5. ENGINEERING MANAGER

Responsibilities:
• To provide the leadership and coaching within the engineering group.
• To determine the work activities and priorities of the engineering groups.
• To ensure the completion of projects on time and within budget and to the required standard of quality, meeting the needs of both the company and clients.
• To provide competent and professional short and long term planning functions to ensure the targets set by the projects are met on time.
• To manage the operations of the mine planning, general engineering, costing and environmental department.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in mining engineer.
• Minimum 10 years experience as senior engineer in coal & mineral operation project.
• Experience in mine design concepts and operations in mining, scheduling and planning.
• Has knowledge and familiar with Mincom, Micro Mine, Sur pac, Map info, Auto cad.
• Understanding Drill and blasting activities, cost control system, explosive usage and procedures, AMI codes standards and RTKPL Procedures.

6. MINING FOREMAN

• Min. Senior High school/STM Tambang, D3 Mining.

7. OPERASIONAL MANAGER

9. HRD & GA MANAGER

Requirements:
• Min Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Management, Law, Industrial Engineering from reputable university.
• Excellent knowledge in HR system, procedures performance management, Indonesian labor law & regulation relation, recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, and development industrial relation and general affairs matter.
• Minimum 8 years experiences in a similar position or in senior management position.

• Preferably Ms Office and Autocad, Land Development, Soft Desk & other engineering software.
• Have experience in Construction and hauling road maintenance will be advantage.
• Capable for processing data form Total Station.
