General Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university.
- Min GPA 2.80 scale 4.00
- Age maximum 27 years old, male or female.
- Proficient in MS. Office application (Word, Excel, Power point).
- Fluent in English for speaking and writing.
- Fast learner, highly motivated, customer service oriented, good personality & performance, interpersonal skill, excellent communication skill and able to work individually or on teams.
- Able to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent health.

Spare Parts Staff
Responsible for analyze part automobile market information, execute market survey research, and coordinate and control part automobile receiving or delivery process make reports for strategic marketing plan and delivery schedule.

Requirements
· Bachelor degree majoring Economy or Engineering
· Fresh graduate are welcome
· Willing to be placed in Sunter Jakarta

Production Staff
Responsible for monitor production unit target achievement, troubleshooting and improvement system and also give monitor execution of 5S and work safety in line production area.

Requirements
· Bachelor degree majoring Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical.
· Preferable in Catia, auto CAD, Master CAM
· Fresh graduate are welcome
· Willing to be placed in Karawang

Service Staff
Responsible for execute and develop technical training system for technician of all Honda’s dealer and also make reports of technical training evaluation.

Requirements
· Bachelor degree majoring Industrial and Mechanical
· Fresh graduate are welcome
· Willing to be placed in Sunter Jakarta

Local Purchasing Staff
Responsible for developing local supplier, quality development new parts, planning and controlling schedule of delivery order process from suppliers to fulfill production supplies.

- Bachelor Degree majoring Mechanical & Industrial Engineering

- Willing to be placed in Karawang

Material Service Staff
Responsible for supplying material to all departments in production and assuring the material read liness for mass production.

Occupational Health & Safety Staff
Responsible for coordinate health and safety systems in an organisation. Identify hazards and assess risks to health and safety, put appropriate safety controls in place, and provide advice on accident prevention and occupational health to management and employees.

· Bachelor degree majoring Public Health, Environment, Mechanical & Industrial Engineering,
· Fresh graduate are welcome
· Willing to be placed in Karawang

Psycho test, Interview, and Medical Cek Up
