HRD (Recruitment Staff)

o Male max. 25 years old.
o Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in psychology
o Having minimum 1 year of relevant experience (in same industry are preferable). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
o Recruitment experience and sound knowledge of psychological test
o Having knowledge about Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
o Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
o Computer literate (Ms. Office)
o Positive attitude, Outgoing, Energetic, Responsible, Fast Learner, and Independent
o Possess strong initiative, analytical thinking, self motivated, and hard worker

Geologist Entry Data Processing (EDP Staff)

Qualification :
o Male / Female
o Bachelor degree in Geology
o Available and willing to relocate
o Bachelor degree in Geology, Geodesy or Geography
o Experience minimum 3 years in same position
o Able to use Autocad, ArcGis, and MapInfo software
o Computer Literate and Microsoft Excel expert
o Able to make a progress report of exploration
o Understanding about mineral
o Fluent in English both oral and written

SR.GEOLOGIST

1. Education : University degree in geology
2. Experience :
o Minimum 10 years of geology experience, specially in hard rock
o Practical experience in gold/mineral exploration activities
o Knowledge of regional geology (mineral Industry)
o Knowledge of relevant computer software for exploration and design purposes
3. Computer literacy : Basic software skills in areas such as spreadsheet and word processor
4. Language : Verbal and written communications (English and Bahasa Indonesia)
5. Other qualification/ skills : Good communication skills with external and internal stakeholders Analysis and Problem Solving
6. Job Description: Supervise all geological activities, data interpretation and technical presentation, training the subordinates, and present high quality of exploration report to the Management.

GEOLOGIST

1. Education : University degree in geology
2. Experience :
o Minimum 3 years of geology experience, specially in hard rock
o Practical experience in gold/mineral exploration activities
o Knowledge of regional geology (mineral Industry)
o Knowledge of relevant computer software for exploration and design purposes
3. Computer literacy : Basic software skills in areas such as spreadsheet and word processor
4. Language : Verbal and written communications (English and Bahasa Indonesia)
5. Other qualification/ skills : Good communication skills with external and internal stakeholders Analysis and Problem Solving
6. Job Description: geological mapping, sampling, drilling, data interpretation, and present exploration progress report.
