Our Client an International Mining Company urgently requires the following position:

ARCHITECTURE ENGINEER

Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree from reputable University with background of Civil Architectural
• Has working experiences minimum 5 years consisting design office on engineering company
• Technical proficiency in Engineering design and analysis techniques
• Have theoretical basis, better understanding construction process, technical standards, specifications and procedures
• Should has software ability of AutoCAD or drawing software

Jobs Description and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Review of Architectural drawings to ensure compliance with international standards and procedures.
• Produce conceptual designs, detail design, budgets for design and cost estimating, related with architectural external and internal interior.
• In charge in architecture design field with experiences from conceptual design, design development and construction detailed drawing for large and medium size projects.
• Organizes and coordinates project teams and team assignments to complete architectural projects.
• Ensuring that production of construction documents are in line with design intent, and project schedules and budgets.
• Resolves complex technical/design issues and provides guidance to the team.
• Prepare preliminary sketches, working drawings, architectural details for concept design presentations and presentation packages.
• Produce Materials Take Offs as per design.

SURVEYING ENGINEER

Qualifications:
• Senior High School with minimum 7 years experience.
• D1, D3 Civil / Geodetic with minimum 5 years experience.
• S1 Civil/Geodetic with minimum 3 years experience.
• Familiar in use Digital Theodolit and Total Station.
• Have good knowledge to determine precise location and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction, mapmaking, land division, titles, mining or other purposes.
• Able to operate computer program such as; AutoCAD, Surpac, Global Mapper, Land Development, Minescape, etc.

General Responsibilities:
• Take measurements with measuring devices and appropriate manner.
• Collect data, correction data, calculate the measurement data manually and computerize.
• Measurement development of a new area.
• Take measurements & measuring devices in a manner consistent.
• Draw a map from measurement data either manually or computerize.
• Check the level of mining with the appropriate measuring tool.
• Creating / installing signs on site: altitude levels, limit excavation, the location handling high MgO content, etc.
• Identification and preparation of maps and other relevant documents.
• Sort, organize, store, maintain and administration of the maps / important documents, structuring, storing samples and results of exploration core gold.
• Implement ISO 9002 & 14001 and Perform standard ISO 9002 & 14001 related.
• Storage and maintenance of measuring devices and check the condition of the appliance clean regularly.
• Data collection / measurements on the steep cliffs.
• Planning the measurements, check the level of mining is required each semester or each need.

COMMISSIONING ENGINEER

Scope of Work:
• Clarify installation piping & mechanical drawing and electrical & instrument drawings project at field.
• Clarify field testing piping & mechanical work and electrical & instrument work.
• Check the field condition to ensure the project drawings are matching with the actual field condition and specification.
• Input parameter program at equipment, panel and other at project.
• Doing testing equipment and system at projects.
• Analyze, review and improve project works (during start up & commissioning) within assigned functional scope is operable and safe able.
• Lead and coordinate start up & commissioning works within assigned functional scope to ensure the achievement of targeted production.
• Organize and perform field inspection for startup & commissioning to ensure the construction work comply with functional scope is operable.
• Provide any related start up & commissioning information within assigned functional scope in operation, timely manner, accurately and completely in order to support supervisor s recommendation.
• Review the current systems, methods and procedures in startup & commissioning activities within assigned functional scope for preventive action and continuous improvement.

Personal Requirements:
• Male/Female Maximum 45 years.
• Minimum D3 or S1 for Civil, Mechanical and Electrical/Instrument Engineering and Geodetic Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position especially in Building, Mining Infrastructure, Conveyor, Power Plant and Industries.

Skills:
√ Fluent in English, both writing and speaking. Excellence in writing report in English.

DRAFTER/DESIGNER

Qualifications:
• Minimum Senior High School and/or Diploma.
• Have working experience at least 5 years as a Mechanical, Instrument, Piping, Civil and Structure Designer/Drafter.
• Experienced in Steel Structure, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical/Instrument Civil design drawings for mining infrastructure.
• Must be able and familiar to operate Microstation and AutoCAD – 2D or 3D Steel Work Modeling, XSteel, Tekla Software, etc.

Jobs Description and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Designing and drawing of various projects.
• Keeping an organized filing system of incoming and outgoing drawings.
• Preparing design drawings, shop drawings and detailed drawings for projects.
• Keeping "as built drawings" updated from the project sites.
• Have experience of plant layout, conceptual and detailed design, equipment layout, piping and mechanical design and pipe stress design requirement.
• Creating Mechanical and Piping fabrication drawings.
• Good communication skills of both written and spoken in English.

ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER

Qualifications:
• Minimum Education S1 Degree in Environmental Engineer, Chemical Engineering and Public Health.
• Have 1 – 3 years working experience in related position.
• Fresh graduate are also welcome with some Training Certificates.
• Male and female are also welcome.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Language proficiency verbal and written in English.

General Responsibilities:
• Participates in developing hazardous waste rules and regulations to protect people and environment
• Assists in developing comprehensive waste management programs and reviews plans
• Conduct and design environmental programs and socialization
• Performing, analysis and creating programs of waste into useful products
• Determines hazardous impact and recommends corrective action

GEOLOGIST ENGINEER

Qualifications & Experience:
• S1 Geologist Engineer, Minimum Four (4) years of practical experience in an exploration environment with at least three in a Supervisory capacity overseeing core shed and exploration field activities.
• Good skill English both oral and written.
• Incumbent requires a good work ethic and possess a high level of self-motivation.

Jobs Description and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Supervise the regional exploration team and drilling activities to ensure that all required technical standards are being maintained.
• Mentor and train employees to ensure high standards are developed and maintained.
• Plan, priorities and implement regional exploration drilling activities in conjunction with the Manager Regional Exploration, drilling contractor and technical geology staff as required in accordance with set priorities.
• Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of logistics to field exploration teams and drilling operations.
• Ensure employees comply with all Company rules, regulations and standards.
• Ensure all field equipment and facilities are maintained in clean and working order.
• Ensure supplies of samples bags, core trays and other consumable items are well stocked.

• Work with the Principal Geologists Porphyry and Oxide to ensure work activities are consistent with the Department s priorities.

PROJECT PLANNER and SCHEDULER ENGINEER

Scope of Work:
• Supervise, organize and control all scheduling activities, schedule and report development and maintenance to ensure all schedule are develop appropriately to support better project development to achieve engineering and procurement target on time.
• Organize the preparation and development of manpower engineering scheduling (resource leveling) based on approved capital project list as optimize and effective manpower and utilization justification for additional/reduction resources, and to schedule capital project implementation.
• Prioritize and coordinate for drawings delivery and progress drawings issue and material take off schedule to support construction completed on time.
• Organize the preparation of material delivery schedule by coordinating with Technical Services, LIP Fabrication shop, NOLA and Material Management to proceed PO requisition, steel delivery, and material delivery to ensure all delivery of material are made as schedule and in the line with construction schedule.
• Develop and maintenance “target” engineering, procurement schedule required resources for every SIB capital project and discuss with project engineer and end user to get their approval.
• Organize the preparation of “S- Curve Target” for every approved schedule as a tool to monitor and control engineering performance, compare with the actual performance, analyze variance and give feedback to project engineer to improve performance to achieve project completion ahead or on schedule.
• Organize, determine, review and evaluate monthly QURR (earned man –hours) engineering as a standard for bonus calculation.

Qualification:
• S-1 degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75.
• Have minimum 3 years working experience in scheduling for engineering and procurement activities.
• Able to read and review technical drawing and Material Take-Off (MTO).
• Understand the function of philosophy and scheduling principal, especially for engineering scheduling/EPC Schedule.
• Familiar to operate the software of AutoCAD, Microsoft (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Access, Ms. Power Point, Visio, Ms. Project, Internet and Primavera Project Planner.
• Able to set up meeting and conduct the presentation in English and Indonesian languages for expatriate end user.
• Language proficiency verbal and written English.

Deliverables:
• Monthly report of manpower engineering scheduling (resource leveling).
• Bi – weekly report of drawings delivery and progress drawings issues and material take off schedule.
• Monthly target of engineering and procurement schedules required resources for every SIB (Stay In Business) Capital projects.
• Bi – weekly “S – Curve Target” for monitoring and controlling the engineering performance and compare between planning and actual performance.
• Monthly report of engineering manpower availability (engineers & draftsmen) for monthly, 3 months ahead, 1 year ahead and 5 years ahead.
• Minutes of meeting (MoM) for all of kick off meeting Engineering projects.

QA/QC ENGINEER

• Giving guidance installs correctly for civil & structural drawing, piping & mechanical drawing and electrical & instrument drawings project at field.
• Perform field testing for civil & structural work, piping & mechanical work and electrical & instrument work.
• Check the field condition to ensure the project drawings are matching with the actual field condition and specification.
• Perform testing civil work at laboratories and also weekly report testing.
