1. MARKETING

Requirements:

1. Between 25-35 years of age.
2. Hold a min of Bachelor Degree.
3. Good understanding of coal mining and trading industry.
4. Honest, loyal with high integrity and strong work ethics.
5. Fluency in English and preferably Mandarin, both verbal and written.
6. Having experience in dealing with foreign clients.
7. Having experience in dealing with SKBDN/LC (Letter of Credit).
8. Great knowledge of coal market and coal regulations.
9. Can work independently and in team.

2. LEGAL SUPERVISOR/STAFF

Requirements:

1. Male, age 25-30 years.
2. Min Bachelor Degree in Legal from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
3. Has at least 2 years experiences at legal matters for Staff and 5 years experiences.
4. Knowledge in company laws, contract laws and the Indonesian regulatory issues as well as the international commercial laws.
5. Strong ability to analyze problems and offer practical solutions.
6. Ready to work travelling at all Site.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating with survey team members of issues related to land compensation.
2. Conducting studies on land status within the mining area.
3. Draft and review of commercial contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
4. Provide legal advice on the operation of the company and participate in negotiations where legal expertise is required.
5. Responsible for matters related to industrial dispute, lawsuit and arbitration.
6. Work with contracted law firm on assignment that require internal legal services.
7. Toefl Min. 500

3. MINE PLAN ENGINEER

Requirements:

1. Graduate Mining Engineer.
2. A minimum of 3 years experience in Mine Planning.
3. Capability to operating Minescape or Surpac software.
4. Previous management and supervisory experience in a production coal mine.
5. Prepared to work in remote areas.
6. Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
7. Strong commitment to safety and high professional standards of performance.
8. Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English.
9. Ready worked in remote area.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare short and long term mine plan (production and project).
2. Prepare periodic reports and production reconciliation as required.
3. Actively contribute to positive teamwork.
4. Communicate openly and honestly at all times.

4. MINE ENGINEER

Requirements:

1. Minimum education S1 Mining Engineering.
2. Understood in making short-& long-term budget, manpower planning, equipment and working hours.
3. At least 1 year experience in monitoring the mining operations, analyze and be able to lead.
4. Willing to be placed in the region of South Kalimantan.

5. SURVEYOR

Qualifications:

1. Senior High School with minimum 7 years experience.
2. D1, D3 Civil / Geodetic with minimum 5 years experience.
3. S1 Civil/Geodetic with minimum 3 years experience.
4. Familiar in use Digital Theodolit and Total Station.
5. Have good knowledge to determine precise location and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction, mapmaking, land division, titles, mining or other purposes.
6. Able to operate computer program such as; AutoCAD, Surpac, Global Mapper, Land Development, Minescape, etc.

General Responsibilities:

1. Take measurements with measuring devices and appropriate manner.
2. Collect data, correction data, calculate the measurement data manually and computerize.
3. Measurement development of a new area.
4. Take measurements & measuring devices in a manner consistent.
5. Draw a map from measurement data either manually or computerize.
6. Check the level of mining with the appropriate measuring tool.
7. Creating / installing signs on site: altitude levels, limit excavation, the location handling high MgO content, etc.
8. Identification and preparation of maps and other relevant documents.
9. Sort, organize, store, maintain and administration of the maps / important documents, structuring, storing samples and results of exploration core gold.
10. Implement ISO 9002 & 14001 and Perform standard ISO 9002 & 14001 related.
11. Storage and maintenance of measuring devices and check the condition of the appliance clean regularly.
12. Data collection / measurements on the steep cliffs.
13. Planning the measurements, check the level of mining is required each semester or each need.

6. SHIPPING

Requirements:

1. Bachelor s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years relevant/similar experience preferably in the glove manufacturing.
3. Ideally aged between 28 to 35 years.
4. Knowledge and experience in export would be an advantage and considered.
5. Customer driven mind set, pro-active, good analytical and problem skills and able to work independently.
6. Good communication and presentation skills.
7. Proficiency in English and Chinese written and spoken will be advantageous.
8. Familiarity with Microsoft word, excel and power point is a requirement.
9. Familiarity with ISO 13485 would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Reports to the Director.
2. To market the Company s range of products and services as well as provide customer services. To handle customer feedback program and report to management review meeting on customer satisfaction, trend and development of each customer.
3. To be involved in customer relation s work follow up on orders and documentation requirements, payments control and monitoring.
4. To do all that is necessary to enhance the Company s corporate image in the business community.
5. To carry out periodic researches on business trends and gather data and statistics to aid the management in its business direction and policy-making.
6. To design, produce and disseminate the Company s product brochures and information sheets.
7. To work with related and subsidiary companies and vendors and to ascertain that the quality of the gloves packed have been certified to meet customers specifications and quantity requirements.
8. To call for internal test reports and pre-shipment reports before shipments are made and to refer any logistic problems to the Director for corrective actions.
9. To supervise team of marketing and shipping staff.
10. To manage freight costs, and supervise handling of shipping matters which includes documentation, forwarding, haulage and customs requirements.
11. To lead in trade show preparations and coordination.
12. Any other responsibilities as assigned by Director.
