PT. Pesona Khatulistiwa Nusantara is one of Indonesia s newest growing coal mining enterprises under PKP2B 3rd Generation with area mining concession in Bulungan Regency – East Kalimantan is targeted to be a world class coal mining enterprise that extracts and adds value to the coal for the benefit of mankind. To support our rapid establishment and expansion of the business entities and projects, we are seeking qualified professionals with integrity, trust, enthusiasm, respect, innovative thinking and solid teamwork to join with our team in Bulungan Site – East Kalimantan.

1. MINE OPERATION ENGINEER (MO)

Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering;
• Having 2 years experience in mining operation, fresh graduate are welcome;
• Good knowledge in Mine Management, Shipping Management, Maintenance Management, Coal Technology and Mine Technology;
• Able to handle monitoring the contractor performance;
• Excellent planning, analytical and organization skill;
• A very good understanding of MineScape mining software;
• Good interpersonal & communication skill.

2. COAL PROCESSING PLANT SUPERVISOR (CPP)

Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in Mining / Mechanical / Civil Engineering;
• Having 2 years experience in coal processing plant, fresh graduate are welcome;
• Good knowledge in Stock Pile Management, Transportation Management Mechanical Equipment and Coal Technology;
• Good knowledge in Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance;
• Good interpersonal & communication skill.

3. MINE PLAN SUPERINTENDENT (MP)

Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering;
• Having 5 years experience as mine engineer in mining operation and supervisory experience;
• Competent with MineScape mine design and mine planning software;
• Ability to run scheduling and cost modelling software;
• Experience with mining projects in Indonesia, including design and execution of field programs, feasibility planning, etc.
• Experience with JORC reporting standards, and resource estimation;
• Broad range of experience with geological interpretation and mapping software;
• Demonstrated computer mapping skills;
• Strong interdisciplinary team working skills;
• Results focus: innovation/improvement, results achieved;
• Strong communications skills, hands-on, attention to detail.

4. GEOLOGIST (GEO)

Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in Geological Engineering;
• Having 2 years experience in Mining operation;
• Possess excellent computer skill (computer modeling, data analysis, and integration, digital Mapping, remote sensing, and geographic information system);
• Able to operate mining software : Minescape, Surfac, Mapinfo, Autocad, GPS Aplication;
• Able to operate Surpac and Minescape will be an advantage;
• Able to mapping, Drill core, description electric logging, drilling supervision and sampling method;
• Able to identify geological structure, out crop, and sedimenthology;
• Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem;
• Able to work under pressure, teamwork and independently.

5. SHIPPING SUPERINTENDENT (SHIP)

Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in Technical / Marine Engineering and holding ANT III (minimum);
• Having 5 years experience in mining operation, all activities of the port and transhipment and knowledgeable in every area of the shipping department;
• Able to conduct surveillance barges and transhipment;
• Responsible for maintenance ports, ships and barges;
• Computer literate (mining software, MS Word, MS Excel);
• Able to work collaboratively with others and use initiative in various situations;
• Excellent communication skill in English (oral and written).

6. PORT CAPTAIN (PCT)

Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in Technical / Marine Engineering and holding ANT III (minimum);
• Having 2 years experience in mining operation, handling barges and vessels movement;
• Good knowledge of bulk unloading and loading activities;
• Good knowledge of marine and sea transportation rules and regulations;
• Good knowledge of Marine Contract Administration and Insurance Claim;
• Computer literate (mining software, MS Word, MS Excel);
• Able to work collaboratively with others and use initiative in various situations;
• Excellent communication skill in English (oral and written).

7. SURVEY SUPERVISOR (SUR)

Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in Geodesy and Mining Engineering;
• Having 2 years experience in mining operation;
• Good understanding on mine survey and mining operation role concept;
• Able to operate Geodetic Tools (GPS, Theodolit, Total Station, etc);
• Able to operate Geodetic software (Terra Moder, Arc GIS, Arc View, Surfer, Autocad, Autodesktop, - Minescape, etc);
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Able to work under pressure in a culturally diverse organization;
• Excellent interpersonal skill and able to influence situations to achieve goals.

8. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (CDO)

Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in Community Development or Social Science;
• Having 3 years of demonstrated working experience in Community Development Community Engagement preferably in the mining industry;
• Must have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving capabilities, knowledge of community planning and ability to develop strong networks, to be a strong contender for the position;
• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of community development planning, community strengthening initiatives and positive community engagement;
• Proven ability in implementing community development program;
• Background in rural as opposed to urban poverty alleviation projects with good understanding of rural economies in terms mining an advantage;
• Good communication skill, ability to effectively communicate with both community and company management.

9. EXTERNAL RELATION OFFICER (ERO)

Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in Social Science;
• Having 2 years of demonstrated working experience in External Relations/Community Engagement preferably in the mining industry;
• Must be able to maintain the relationship with Community, Local Government and Third Parties;
• Must be able to implement the External Relations Management Plan to achieve Project direction and Action Plans Support;
• Must be able to demonstrate experience in handling conflict resolution, that may arise from local communities;
• Able to mitigate the potential conflict due to operation disruption;
• Good negotiation skill, good analytical, creative and conceptual thinking;
• Good information monitoring, meeting facilitation and formal presentation;
• Good communication skill, ability to effectively communicate with both community and company management.
