BM (Branch Manager)
Responsibilities:
  • Leading a work unit consisting of 11-15 staff
  • Build a healthy organization
  • Ensuring Operational branch runs smoothly and in accordance with the procedures and policies
  • Conduct a study of credit and make credit decisions in accordance with the authority
  • Building a healthy business portfolio
Qualification
Preferred experience in same position for 2 years, a good track record / 3 years as a relationship officer / credit officer / marketing officer in micro banking / financial institutions

CO (Credit Officer)
Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining discipline process and credit qualifications branch
  • Provide recommendations to the Branch Manager of Credit
  • Conduct field verification and conduct a review of credit applications in accordance with applicable policies and procedures
Qualifications:
D3 minimum education GPA min 2.75, 1-2 years working experience in the field of credit / banking operations

RO (Relationship Officer)
Responsibility
  • Looking for nautical and manage client portfolios
  • Maintaining good relations with customers
Qualification
  • Being able to establish communication and easy to get along
  • Experience is preferred

RA (Relationship Anchor)
Responsibility
