Requirements:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor s degree in Mining Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in Mining Company especially Nickel.
• Have significant and relevant experience in the mining industry, working at managerial level.
• Be technically competent to coach and constantly search for new efficiencies and innovative ideas.
• A strong advocate for performance and progress, definitely with proven leadership experience.
• Shrewd and astute management skills.
• Conceptual thinking skills with the capability of seeing the big picture, identifying appropriate strategies and translating them into action.
• A long term, committed attitude to leading the organization into the future.
• An ability to work in diverse cultures with a demonstrated awareness of different values and how to influence teams to think as one.
• A tough minded yet approachable management technique.
• Excellent people management skill and exceptional communication skill.
• Certified POU is an advantages.
• Willing to be placed in Morowali (Central Sulawesi).
Geologist (Code: GEO)
Requirements:
• Male, maximum age 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Geology.
• Minimum GPA 2.75
• Min. 3 years of experience in the same position.
• Have a good grip about Mining Software (Surpac/ Mine Scape).
• Have experience in nickel company is an advantage.
• Hard worker, independent, and with strong leadership ability.
• Can work under pressure, having capability to work as a team.
• Willing to be placed in Morowali (Central Sulawesi).
• Willing to work with a roster system (8-2).
Accounting (Code: ACC)
Requirements:
• Male or Female, maximum age 30 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting.
• Minimum GPA 3.00
• Have good interpersonal & communication skill.
• Hard worker, independent, and with strong leadership ability.
• Can work under pressure, having capability to work as a team.
• Good in English both oral and written.
• Have experiences in accounting will be an advantage.
• Willing to be placed in Morowali (Central Sulawesi).
• Willing to work with a roster system (8-2).
Paramedic (Code: PM)
Requirements:
• Male, maximum age 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree in public health.
• Minimum GPA 2.75
• Min. 2 years experience in the same position.
• Have a good knowledge about Health, Environment, and Safety (K3LH).
• Hard worker, independent, and with strong leadership ability.
• Willing to be placed in Morowali (Central Sulawesi).
• Willing to work with a roster system (8-2).
