- Drawing Administrator (DA/SHC)
- Quantity Surveyor (QS/SHC)
- Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Ass QS/SHC)
- Education S1 Civil/Architect (1,2,5,6,8,10,13,15) and Accounting (3)
- Education D3 Civil/Architect (4,7,9,11,12,14,16)
- Minimum 6 years experience in related job (5)
- Minimum 5 years experience in related job (1,2,3,13)
- Minimum 3 years experience in related job (4,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,14,15,16)
- Good communication skill in English, both written and orally (all)
- Having Brevet A+B and experience in accounting program (such as Sun System) (3)
- Having ISO 9001:2008 knowledge (2,5)
- Willing to be placed at Surabaya (11,12)
- Computer literate is a must (at least MS Office) (all), AutoCad (6,13)
