Mine Manager/ KTT (Code: MM)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor s degree in Mining Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in Mining Company especially Nickel.
• Have significant and relevant experience in the mining industry, working at managerial level.
• Be technically competent to coach and constantly search for new efficiencies and innovative ideas.
• A strong advocate for performance and progress, definitely with proven leadership experience.
• Shrewd and astute management skills.
• Conceptual thinking skills with the capability of seeing the big picture, identifying appropriate strategies and translating them into action.
• A long term, committed attitude to leading the organization into the future.

Geologist (Code: GEO)

Requirements:

• Male, maximum age 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Geology.
• Minimum GPA 2.75
• Min. 3 years of experience in the same position.
• Have a good grip about Mining Software (Surpac/ Mine Scape).
• Have experience in nickel company is an advantage.
• Hard worker, independent, and with strong leadership ability.
• Can work under pressure, having capability to work as a team.
• Willing to be placed in Morowali (Central Sulawesi).
• Willing to work with a roster system (8-2).

Accounting (Code: ACC)

Requirements:

• Male or Female, maximum age 30 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting.
• Minimum GPA 3.00
• Have good interpersonal & communication skill.
• Hard worker, independent, and with strong leadership ability.
• Can work under pressure, having capability to work as a team.
• Good in English both oral and written.
• Have experiences in accounting will be an advantage.
• Willing to be placed in Morowali (Central Sulawesi).
• Willing to work with a roster system (8-2).

Paramedic (Code: PM)

Requirements:

• Male, maximum age 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree in public health.
• Minimum GPA 2.75
• Min. 2 years experience in the same position.
• Have a good knowledge about Health, Environment, and Safety (K3LH).

MINES MANAGER - DAWAS

Should be a graduate in Mining Engineering and pass three mining examinations along with one-week Ktt training in Bandung.

MANAGER - LIAISONING

Any Graduate With an experience of 5-10 years in land survey and land acquisition. Shall be good in dealing with Govt. departments.

He should have hands on experience in fulfilling statutory requirements of Thermal Power Plant and Liaisoning with local bodies.

GEOLOGIST

Post Graduate in Geology with 5 years experience in detailed exploration and documentation process

GENERAL MANAGER - POWER PLANT

Incumbent should be graduate in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering (preferably with MBA) with 15-20 years of experience in development of Green Field Coal Based Thermal Power Plant of above 100 MW capacity in Indonesia.

He should have hands on experience in fulfilling statutory requirements and Liaisoning with local bodies, Project Management, Supervision of Erection, Commissioning, Operation& Maintenance of similar capacity Thermal Power Plant.

MANAGER - MARKETING

MBA in Marketing preferably with 5 - l0 years of experience in granite sales and marketing.

MANAGER - HR

Should have Master Degree in sociology / HR & IR with experience of 10 years exposure to mining industry in dealing with workmen and local Govt. & Private bodies along with statutory compliance

RECEPTIONIST

Any graduate with good receptive nature and communication skills having 2 years of experience in front office.

It can fully load large Panamax vessels (up to 90,0000 DWT) and partially load Cape size vessels (up to 200,000 DWT) , making the Bayan Group an exceptional integrated coal producer. It is also the only coal producer in the country to operate a Floating Transfer-Station that can be moved to take advantage of the location with the greatest demand or to avoid bad weather and can be positioned to load capsize vessels. These infrastructure assets complement the logistical aspects of the Bayan Group’s business and at the same time, provide benefits to take advantage of ample mining opportunities.
