Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engeneering
- At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Min IP 2,75
- Strong Analysis and Good problem solving.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills in lean manufacturing
- Good command in English and PC literacy
- Willingness to work in shift and to be placed at Pandaan Plant
