GPA minimum 2.75 (accreditation A), 3.00 (B accreditation)

Requirements:

1.Account Officer (AO)
• Maximum age 30 years
• Minimum education S1 all the majors
• Minimum 3 years experience as an AO in the banking
• Having a complete and detailed knowledge of banking products, especially Islamic banking.
• Enjoys challenges, target oriented and mobile
• Able to communicate persuasively
• Strong English language skills both oral and written
• Able to operate a computer at least MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

2.Pelaksana Marketing Support (PMS)
1. Maximum age 30 years
2. Education minimum D3 all departments
3. Preferably have minimum 1 year experience as a sales / marketing micro banking
4. Can communicate persuasively
5. Have proficiency in English both oral and written
6. Minimal computer literate MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

3.Funding Officer (FOR)
• Maximum age 30 years
• Minimum education S1 all the majors
• Minimum 3 years experience in banking as FO
• Having a broad network
• Having a complete and detailed knowledge of banking products, especially Islamic banking.
• Enjoys challenges, target oriented and mobile
• Able to communicate in a persuasive
• Strong English language skills both oral and written
• Able to operate a computer at least MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

4.Kepala Warug Mikro (KWM)
• Maximum age 35 years
• Minimum education S1 all the majors
• minimum 2 yrs experience as an Account Officer who handles the micro-finance Banks / RB / S
• Have the ability to analyze the potential of a region
• Have the ability to build a healthy business portfolio
• Having a highly motivated and enjoy challenges
• Having a good personality
• Able to operate a computer at least MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

5.Asisten Analis Mikro (AAM)
• Maximum age 35 years
• Minimum education S1 all the majors
• Minimum 2 years experience as an Account Officer who handles the micro-finance Banks / RB / S
• Have the ability to analyze the potential of a region
• Have the ability to build a healthy business portfolio
• Having a highly motivated and enjoy challenges
• Having a good personality
• Able to operate a computer at least MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

6.Pelaksana Micro Marketing (PMM)
• Maximum age 35 years
• Minimum D3 all departments
• Preferably have experience in BPR / S as a marketing
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Have a large enough network
• Having a highly motivated and enjoy challenges
• Having a good personality
• Able to operate a computer at least MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
