1. Senior Production Geologist

Responsibilities:

• Perform production and Develop geology duties on producing fields in one of our core asset areas in North Sumatra subsurface team.
• Development planning, completions, re-completions, work-overs, and in-fill wells.
• Preparation of work schedules and plans, and the ability to lead projects as required.
• Work with Internal Departments to prepare AFE and major project.
• Prepare of the technical presentations as required.
• Provide geological input for wells operations.
• Reservoir modeling for field development / redevelopment.
• Supervise and mentor junior geologists.
• Perform volumetric reserve and risk estimations for field development and new prospects/leads, and support engineering, drilling and production.

Qualification:

• The qualified candidate should have 10-15 years exploration or exploitation work experience, preferably on projects with fractured reservoirs.
• Be a demonstrated leader of a subsurface group that has good relationships with the relevant government bodies.
• Structural geology expertise both extensional and compressional tectonic settings.
• With integrated subsurface mapping experiences, perform volumetric reserve and risk estimations for field development and new prospects/leads, and support engineering, drilling and production.
• The Senior Production Geologist will play a key role in field development planning, completions, re-completions, work-overs, and in-fill wells. The candidate is expected to plan, coordinate, and document logging programs in highly deviated wells.
• Must be task-oriented and self-motivator with good English speaking and written skills.
• Skill with modeling Kingdom and Petrel software.

1. TANKER SUPERINTENDENT
• Ensure the vessel to operate safely, safely, according to IBC companies.
• Have knowledge of the latest Tanker Regulations and ensure the procedure goes according to PMS Ship ISM / ISPS Code.
• Have a strong Leadership keahllan in leading ABK, repair (maintenance), cost report audits, analysis and development work.
• Ability to work as a team, able to work under pressure and deadlines ship completed in a timely manner.
• ATT 1 certificate or S1 Shipping, 3 years experience as Chief Engineer on Crude / Product Oil Tanker MR GP & Size.

2. Tugboat SUPERINTENDENT - Harbour / COAL TUG
• Leadership ability is high in the ship manifest 0 (Zero) offhire, maintenance cost & turn over crew suit corporate KPIs.
• Understand PMS ship, Tugboat Regulations. .
• S1 Education Boating / Mechanical Engineering.

.3. OPERATION MANAGER - TUG & BARGE (COAL) ..
• Experience min. 3 years in operation Tug & Barge (Coal).
• Able to handle ships operating in the Office of Jakarta, including the crew handle the boat. .
• Able to contact and coordinate with the pencharter, cargo owners,

Inspectors, Agents and Ship Captain.
• Mastering the calculation of freight, cargo plans, fuel for sailing, loading / discharge.

4. IT SUPPORT (2 POSITIONS)
• Experience min .. 1 years / Fresh Graduate, D3/S1 majoring in IS / IT.
• Mastering PHP program and MySQL database server.
• Master the troubleshooting, network, Linksys router and Windows OS.
• Capable of analytical thinking, creative and cooperate in the Team.

5. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (4 POSITION)
• Fresh graduate S1 and all the majors, min. GPA of 3.25.
• Best graduates from UI, ITB, BINUS, ITS, UNHAS & other leading universities
