1. Business Development Manager

Reporting to the President Director the successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Effective business development resulting in Emeco growth;
• Developing strong professional relationships with key clients;
• Meeting sales revenue and financial targets;
• Developing business cases or justifications for fleet expansion;
• Working cohesively with the management team to capitalise on opportunities; and
• Ensuring equipment is effectively deployed

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
• Experience in a similar role, preferably within a sales capacity;
• Practical knowledge or experience of the mining industry;
• Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills;
• An ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of an organisation;
• Highly developed analytical skills and project management skills;
• Ability to communicate, verbal and written, in Bahasa would be highly regarded; and
• The ability to travel as required

• High School, STM Machinery / Automotive / Mechanical Equipment, D3 Mechanical / Electrical / Engineer K3L/ Mechanical D3
• Sim BII for the position of Service Truck Driver

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Willing to be placed in all operational areas PTI.
Able to work under pressure and always seek best solution to solve problem

Additional Qualifications for technician:

• Familiar with the types of Diesel Engines such as: Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit Diesel Engines and Hitachi.
• Dozer CATERPILLAR D 10T, D9T, D8R & D8T
• HITACHI Excavator Ex 1200, ZX 870, ZX 450, ZX 210, KOMATSU PC 1800, PC 1250, PC 800, PC 300 & PC 200
• Motor Grader CATERPILLAR 16H, 16M, 14H, 14M & 140H.
• Heavy Dump Truck & Articulate CATERPILLAR 777D, 775F, ADT 740, KOMATSU HD785-5 & HD 785-7

Carl Zeiss (11 September 1816 – 3 December 1888) was a maker of optical instruments commonly known for the company he founded, Carl Zeiss Jena (now: Carl Zeiss AG). Zeiss made contributions to lens manufacturing that have aided the modern production of lenses. Raised in Weimar, Germany, he became a notable lens maker in the 1840s when he created high quality lenses that were "wide open", or in other words, had a very large aperture range that allowed for very bright images. He did this in the city of Jena at a self opened workshop, where he started his lens making career. At first his lenses were only used in the production of microscopes, but when cameras were invented, his company began manufacturing high quality lenses for cameras.

Business Development Manager (Surgical)
Based in Jakarta, the ideal candidate would be a highly self motivated individual with good customer orientation and interpersonal skills who enjoys working closely with customers and our partners in Indonesia.

Job description:

• Manage our business partners in the disciplines of Neurosurgery, ENT, Dentistry, Spine and Oncology
• Develop marketing plans and strategies
• Manage key opinion leaders and our reference centres
• Coordinate service, sales and applications matters between the agents and our S.E. Asia headquarters in Singapore
• Assist managers with marketing plans and strategies for the region (S.E-Asia) Support our business partners with demonstrations, talks, presentations on our equipment and solutions
• Support our users in the operating room on the use of our equipment

Minimum requirements:

• University Degree in Business or Marketing
• At least 2 years experience in the medical equipment market Application-focused with excellent team and interpersonal skills Strong customer focus required
• Possess good spoken and written English skills
• Willing to travel
