
Our Client, A Foreign IT Consultant for Food and Beverages, Restaurant, Hospitality and Marketing is seeking suitable and talented candidates to join their team as:
IT Technical Manager - Point of Sales (POS Products) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the technical support and project management for the Point of Sales (POS) product suite & associated interfaces.
- Work with the customers and service partner to ensure that contractual service expectations are exceeded.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to the sales team.
- Be familiar with and adhere to the latest training and installation standards and procedures.
- Liaise with the head office on client requests for enhancements and development when required.
- Work with the support consultants to ensure service level requirements are exceeded.
- Ensure familiarity with new releases as they become available.
- Minimum 3 years experience installing/configuring/training Management software products.
- Previous experience with the Point of Sales products will be added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years Food & Beverage and hospitality experience in a supervisory or management role or tertiary qualification in a technical, hospitality, business or marketing field.
- Knowledge of manual food & beverage procedures.
- Experience in Microsoft suite of products in particular Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Familiar with Windows Operating System, Windows SQL and Remote Access Software.
- Any programming background on Microsoft development tools will be added advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken in English.
Requirement:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering from Reputable University
- Minimum 5 years experiences in Purchasing both Import and Domestic purchase
- Experienced in handling import and domestic purchase procedures
- Good English communication skills.
- Available for working in Bekasi
