Bartender
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

SPA Therapist
Requirements:

• Female, age between 22-35 years old
• Minimum 2 years experience in Spa business
• Excellent knowledge of 3 types of massage
• Good command of English

Guest Relation Officer
Responsibilities:

• Ensures that, whenever possible, guest receive personal recognition.
• Meets and greets arrival guests and bid farewell to the departing guests.
• For designated guests conducts in room c/I and guest rooming.
• For all other arrivals, ensure they are escorted to the room after c/I formalities have been completed.
• Reviews current arrival list and is familiar with it on daily basis.
• Assist with the preparation of the amenities program and its distribution.
• Plan for unexpected arrivals.
• Attend to the guest’s needs, queries promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain an active presence in the hotel lobby.
• Update and help maintaining the accuracy of the Guest Preference Record and guest profile.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics/Languages, Others, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Event Concierge
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
