PPIC Staff (Production Planning Inventory Control)
Responsibilities:

• Monitor received orders and delivery lead time to customers
• Controlling and follow up min max of inventories level (finished product and both local /imported raw materials) based on the forecast from sales or management, including issuing purchase request for the raw materials to meet production demand.
• Make sure on time delivery through good scheduling and planning for the stock availability
• Revise production schedules when required due to material shortages, interruptions of urgent order, collaborating with warehouse, sales, and production.
• Preparing production schedule and distribute to other departments.
• Record production data, including volume produced, production working hour (kg per hour), consumption of raw materials.
• Preparing sticker/label and the barcode sticker based on the production schedule.

Requirements:

• Male/Female, maximum 27 years old
• S-1 or D-3, GPA > 2.75
• computer skills (Microsoft Office; SAP, or other ERP packages)
• Experience in PPIC at least 2 years. Preferred in food industry.
• Able to communicate in English
• Good interpersonal, analytical skills and pro-active.
• Based in Cikarang, Bekasi.

Warehouse & Distribution Leader
Responsibilities:

• Supervising the functions and working of the all warehouse and distribution operators.
• Make sure the safety procedures of working.
• Managing the inventory, monitoring stock level and make sure zero stock different when month end stock taking.
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment in accordance with company policy and written procedure.
• Supervise the receipt, storage, order filling, or loading of inventory.
• Ensure that all inventory items are properly identified and stored in correct place.

Requirements:

• Male, maximum 27 years old
• S-1 or D-3, GPA > 2.75
• computer skills (Microsoft Office; SAP, or other ERP packages)
• Experience in warehouse and distribution at least 2 years. Preferred in food industry.
• Able to communicate in English (preferred)
• Good interpersonal, analytical skills and pro-active.
• Knowledge of the safety for handling related warehousing activities.
• Based in Cikarang, Bekasi.

Qualifications:

• Female/Male, age max 35 years old
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Bachelor/S1 degree from reputable University
• Have experience at least 2 ( two) years, and from plastic packaging manufacturing will be advantage.
• Computer literacy, especially advanced in MS-office
• Strong knowledge in quality system procedure, and understand ISO 9001: 2008
• Good problem solving, mature, independent, analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Strong leadership, result oriented and able to work

Quality Control Officer ( QCO ) SIDOARJO
Qualifications:

• Female/Male, age max 35 years old
• Diploma degree from reputable University
• Have experience at least 2 ( two) years, and from plastic packaging manufacturing will be advantage.
• Computer literacy, especially advanced in MS-office
• Strong knowledge in quality system procedure, and understand ISO 9001: 2008
• Good problem solving, mature, independent, analytical thinking and attention to detail
