- Understand about cash-flow
6. Architect (AR)
- S1 in Architect
- Good in AutoCAD & building design
7. Quantity Surveyor (QS)
- S1 in Civil Engineering
- Have experience in calculating the volume of building and making analyzing unit price based on market conditions
8. HRD & GA
- S1 in Psychology
- Having experience as HRD Officer (Recruitment, Training & Administration)
9. Legal (Le)
- S1 in Law
- Having experience in notary office
10. Accounting Staff (AS)
- S1 in Accounting
- Excellent in accounting procedure
- Having recent knowledge about tax & payroll
11. Landscape Supervisor (LS)
- Min D3 in Landscape
- Have experience in making Landscape design
- Familiar with Autocad Program
12. Mechanical & Electrical Engineer
- D3 in Electrical Engineer
- Having experience in handling mechanical & electrical for housing and building
13. Surveyor (SVY)
- S1 in Geodesi
- Able to work independently & use total station
14. Building/Infrastructure Inspectors
- D3 in Civil Engineer
- Having experience in Building / Property
15. Cashier (Ca)
- D3 in Accounting / Management
- Having experience as a cashier at the property
16. Collection Staff (CLS)
- D3 in Accounting/Management/Finance
- Having experience as a Collection staff in the housing estate
17. Sales/Marketing
- Min D3 any majors
- Having experience working as property sales, teller or customer service is priority
- Have good networking
18. Promotion Staff
- Min D3 in Graphic Design
- Able to work in promotion area
- Able to make property advertisement
19. Public Relation (PR)
- Female, max 35 years old
- S1 in PR, Mass com/International Relation
- Having min 5 years experience
- Have a wide networking in Media
General Qualifications:
- Able to work under pressure
